一、公司售后服务部配备有专业的服务人员,全年365天每天24小时联系畅通,并有备品备件库,确保服务及时到位。

二、我公司免费为需方提供现场安装技术指导,每台设备培训操作人员3—5名。贵公司也可派人员到我公司生产现场及气站免费培训。(培训期间我公司提供食宿方便,费用由买方自理)
Our company provides on-site installation technical guidance for the buyer free of charge. Each equipment trains 3 -5 operators. Your Company can also send personnel to our production site and gas station free training. During the training period, our company provides accommodation and meals for the convenience of the buyer.
1. 管理人员和操作人员的厂内培训:
1)理论培训。包括压缩机应用工艺流程,压缩机及PLC控制柜的理论知识, 压缩机工作站及其它设备的理论知识,压缩机的管理知识等。由设计工程师讲解。
2)装配现场培训。在了解理论知识后,现场对实物进行一一讲解。同时,熟悉装配、调试规范,参加空气工况试车过程,为以后操作打下基础。由设计工程师、装配技师讲解。
3)压缩机现场培训。在对以上知识有了一定的认识后,到气站现场作进一步讲解。
2. 管理人员和操作人员的用户现场培训:
1)对各类气站的设备作深入培训,着重于实践运用。由安装调试工程师指导培训。
2)调试期间的实际操作培训,直至能熟练操作。由安装调试工程师指导培训。

三、加气站出现故障。售后服务人员在接到用户服务电话2小时内提出解决问题的办法,如需要到现场进行维修,公司承诺在20小时内派人员到现场处理。一般故障到达现场后3小时内解决。

四、供方对设备提供终身售后服务和指导。
在用户遵守产品使用说明书所规定的条件下,供方自发货之日起30个月内或设备调试完毕之日起24个月内(以先到时间为准)对压缩机进行质保(不包括易损件的正常更换)。
质保内,产品确因制造质量不良而损坏或不能正常工作时,我方免费予以修理或更换零部件直至整机正常工作。
The supplier provides lifelong after-sales service and guidance to the equipment. Subject to the user's compliance with the conditions specified in the product instructions, within 30 months from the date of delivery or 24 months from the date of completion of the commissioning of the equipment (whichever comes first) , the supplier shall guarantee the quality of the compressor (excluding the normal replacement of the vulnerable parts) . In the warranty, if the product is damaged or does not work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, we will repair or replace the parts free of charge until the whole machine works properly.
五、提供气站运行管理合作、帮助和支持。
Provide gas station operation management cooperation, help and support.
六、1年之内对所提供的设备进行至少一次巡回指导。
Make at least one tour of the equipment within one year.
